How to Go to Kayangan Hill

To get to Kayangan Hill, road trip starts from Jambi City to Sungai Penuh. The distance between Jambi to Sungai Penuh is about 500 km with a travel time of 10-11 hours.

Renah Kayu Embun village can be reached about 30 minutes travel time from Sungai Penuh. Visitors can use a motorbike or car. Almost 75 percent of the road to Kayangan Hill has been paved.

After a few hundred meters from the entrance of Kayangan Hill, then is a winding and rocky dirt road.

Facilities and Accomodation

Kayangan Hill has quite complete facilities, such as shops selling various kinds of souvenirs typical of Kerinci such as food, accessories, and of course the quini fruit that has been processed into various foods. In this place is also available public toilet, gazebo, seating, and parking area is quite wide.

If you want to stay, visitors can rent a guesthouse or hotel around Kayangan Hill.
